1. We guarantee we will be at your function one hour prior to your event, and set up before your guests arrive. Remember, we do not charge you for set up and the dismantling of equipment, only your actual play time...
2. We guarantee the physical presentation of our equipment is always neat and clean. Our standard attire is tuxedos and formal wear, unless you request a more casual look.
3. We guarantee only professionalism. Your event is too important to be used as a "on the job" training site. We have a vested interest in providing quality service every time we perform.
4. We guarantee to tailor your special event to your needs, using our detailed questionnaire which is filled out by you, and tells us exactly what you'll want for music selections in detail through out your entire event.
5. We guarantee to carry spare equipment. The need is rare, but then do your really want to risk it?
Our final guarantee, is to work with your photographer, banquet staff, and any other appointed person to carry out your instructions, so you can relax and just enjoy the day.... Teamwork is a must!!!
